Markings on road contravene Highway Code

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 18:01, Thu 30 November 2017

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

At least I'm sure they do. Please have a look and compare to rules 184 - 190 of Highway Code (UK). Approach, direction and exit all incorrect when coming from Bloxham into Banbury. Those that follow the highway code using this RAB will be cut up by those following the white lines and not the highway code - whose in the wrong when there is an accident? Please note this RAB also makes you cross a solid white line to exit.
