Cars travel over this speed hump without slowing down. Oftentimes this results in a very loud scraping sound when the underside of the cars scrapes on the ground.

Further measures are required to encourage speed restrictions to be observed on Southern Road. This could include signage, additional traffic calming measures or road markings to make the existing speed hump more noticable.
