Very dangerous! No lighting on Hamilton road for at least 3 days, please fix it asap.

Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.

  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

  • The street light outside No 2 Hamilton Road has been out for almost a week, which is dangerous for pedestrians.

  • The light hamilton road outside no 4 has been out for over a week, it is very dangerous cars turn around here all the time.This is the third time it has been out since the replacements and I also asked for a shroud to protect light into bedroom
