You are replacing the street lights in the Vineyard Abingdon, at the same time could you replace the lights in New Street. I have lived in New Strret for the past 10 + years and the lights have always been to strong for the street. It would be great if the lamp post could be reduced in hight so that the lighting fits in with the size of the street.
