HGVs entering Sheep Street and getting stuck
Reported in the Road Markings category anonymously at 16:40, Fri 29 September 2017
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
HGVs/ coaches, blindly following SatNavs, get stuck in Sheep Street on an all too regular basis, only to reverse (safety issue) and causing damage such as the one pictured outside the Rose & Crown, witnessed by many, damaged wall in Sheep Street, and damage to neighbour's cars. A regular occurrence, our streets are already in a poor condition, and they reverse back inches away from buildings, over pavements etc. Photos and vids recorded over a number of years available here: https://www.dropbox.com/ sh/ o8rpfeaf6373krm/ AADm7rSXwuT34l0WT36RE-Koa?dl=0 Signage or changes to SatNav to tell HGVs that Sheep Street is not a route for them before someone is injured.

And so it goes on...and on...and on... HGV stuck in Sheep Street at 15:30 today. Street blocked for 0.5hr.
Cars stuck behind, turning around and driving the wrong way up a one way street.
HGV, no other choice, but to reverse back up Sheep Street. They will find themselves in the same position as the first uploaded photo, very close to buildings, and having to drive over pavements.
