At least three street lights are not working, leaving the mid section of the street extremely dark.

These lights have been out for at least six months!
Lights are still out. And it is dangerous for pedestrians. There are steps in this area, which could easily be fallen over

"confusion maybe that on our monitoring system it is known as Burford Road, Carterton/Black Bourton and not Chipping Norton!"
This is for Posts 8 & 9 Burford Road (Chipping Norton)
I'm told its a power issue not a bulb issue that rests with Southern Energy.
6 months to fix this so far and counting

Presumably it would have been far too complicated to arrange for Southern Energy to look at this while the road was closed and being dug up for a few weeks...
