At least three street lights are not working, leaving the mid section of the street extremely dark.

I'm told its a power issue not a bulb issue that rests with Southern Energy.

Presumably it would have been far too complicated to arrange for Southern Energy to look at this while the road was closed and being dug up for a few weeks...
