Street light not working. This light overlooks the old people's bungalow and a public lane which I now have safety fears due to how dark the lame is.

Ref: 337811 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

This fault is logged on our management system and has been prioritised, due to its location it is not accessible by the usual vehicle and has to have specialist equipment to access and therefore should be carried out shortly as we now have access to this equipment.

Ref: 343168 On the 20th Oct you stated that you had been waiting for the right equipment to carry out the job which you now had and the job will be done shortly. Now 19th Nov I can only assume as it has not been fixed you are struggling to find the right bulb. Where's the priority.
