Unclear how to leave Cowley Road (coming from Oxford) to turn in to the Retail Park

If you come up the Cowley Road from Oxford, aiming for the Retail Park, then I think you need to stop in the right-hand lane at the lights at the bypass. Then, as you set off, the road markings indicate for the retail park that you have to move leftwards. However on a couple of times recently, others have set off from the middle lane by the lights, for the shops. This has caused a near-miss, and on both times, led to the other drivers sounding horns and believing they have been cut up. Part of the problem is that the white lines under the bypass and on the roundabout itself are very faint. However, it would also help if it was clarified better on the 3 lanes approaching the junction exactly which you should be in for (i) left on to bypass, (ii) straight ahead, (iii) the retail park or (iv) right on to the bypass. I hope you can sort this out!
For clarity, a simple drive through the junction will make things clear. Go up the Cowley Road, get in the right of the 3 lanes at the lights, and then follow the markings for the retail park. Do this at a busy time, and I think it will apparent what the problem is.
Many thanks, Chris Huntingford

Definitely a problem, have seen incidents of road rage, why not have a simple sign leading up to the junction indicating the right hand lane for the retail park
