The newly fitted led street light is not working in-between number 15/17 Harcourt terrace, makes the rd very dark at night times

The fact that half the rd is in darkness will have an impact on health and safety, had this not been the issue in the first case I wouldn't have bothered raising the issue there are quite a few elderly people and disabled who live in this area along with a lot of students who are walking around at night time, it will be more dangerous for them to walk safelly (as there has been some assaults in the area also), as you can see in my photo it is very dark
