Getting either double red or double yellow lines painted on the road (highway) outside of Littlemore Mental Health Centre (Sandford Road, Littlemore, OX4 4XN)

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 11 months, 21 hours, 58 minutes later
I have been asked by our Executive Team to enquire how we might go about getting either double red or double yellow lines painted on the road (highway) outside of Littlemore Mental Health Centre (Sandford Road, Littlemore, OX4 4XN) please? There are often cars parked on the road along from the entrance, which obscures the vision required for safe egress to and from the hospital. Although there is a 20 mph speed limit directly outside of the hospital, it is very rarely adhered to by passing cars; the parking of cars on the road directly outside the entrances exacerbates the safety of both road users and pedestrians alike (including our service users).
Please could you let us know what we might do as a Trust to apply for double lines to be painted?

Hello, I was wondering if there is any update to our query raised at beginning of August regarding the painting of yellow lines around the hospital entrance to prevent dangerous parking which occurs seemingly when our car parks are full?
NB Since my original message was sent, I have got married, so you'll have my email as kaz.short@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk
