Numerous potholes

There have been numerous potholes on this stretch for months. During periods of heavy rain they fill up with muddy water and force cyclists and pedestrians onto the verges. I very nearly slipped into the Thames yesterday due to the mud and if one were not familiar with the depth and layout of these potholes, it would be very easy to trip and fall if walking/cycling through them. Regardless of rainy weather, they are a detriment to the safe passage of civilians through this stretch of the river.
