The street light outside 8 The Springs, Witney, Oxon, OX28 4AJ has been staying on all the time and not switching off during the day for at least a week now

  • Thank you for your report; unfortunately we are only able to attend structural and electrical emergencies as a priority at the current time. All our electricity supply are un-metered therefore whether it is operational or not we will paying the same amount for the consumed. Obviously we do like to get these repaired to save energy, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach
