This is the unattended back garden of a property 153 Headley Way, Headington Oxford with fences and garden waste falling onto the pavement and obstructing public ways of passage. This is an important health and safety issue as these can fall onto young children and those using the pavement. This needs to be cleared as soon as possible as it has been an issue for well over 12 months now.
