Large pothole across the middle of London Road

There is a long (the length of the intersection) increasingly deep pothole across the centre of the intersection of London and Windmill Roads. Yesterday a wheelchair user got her small from wheel stuck in the long hole while crossing on the green light and needed fast assistance. It’s also a hazard for bike tyres due to its depth and increasing growth. It’s been there 6+months but recently has grown in depth and width across the entire intersection
