Double yellow line not visible

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The double yellow line at the intersection of Dunstan Road And Ingle Close and the kerb is not visible. At least once a week a car parks and blocks cars for accessing their driveways and properties from 26-32 Ingle Close. There are 12 street parking spaces often empty for cars cannot see the double yellow line so instead park across Ingle Close or so close that they block the ability to exit the close or exit safely. Please repaint that section of double yellow lines or at least enforce parking restrictions on Dunstan Road. This only started in the last 3 months but is now at least a weekly occurrence, often with dog walkers in Dunstan Park.
