Street Lighting not working, opposite Churchill Terrace. In view of the latest incidents with the man loitering around our houses late at night, my neighbours and I feel unsafe at the front of our properties night. Could you please fix this. Not been working for approximately 4 weeks.
Thank you for your report, looking at our management system we do not currently have any faults logged in this location. To ensure we log this fault to the correct unit can you please advise the street light number you are referring to using the attached map.

Thank you for your confirmation; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
