Road surface subsiding and breaking up

As Title, the carrieagway here traveling to Shrivenham is failing leaving deep ruts to catch cyclists wheels in. This road is currently for the next 6 months in heavy use by traffic due to the constant roadworks on the A420. The road will get much worse over winter if no intervention.
