Large potholes and failing road edge

Two deep potholes on left hand edge of raid heading towards Leafield from Field Assarts. Again failed repairs as I’ve reported this previously and fix has broken down again. These are 30 to 50 mm deep and large in length and diameter. On bend in road through tight section causing swerving into oncoming traffic.
