Footpath is not safe

The whole pavement from the railway station to the traffic lights on Wallingford road towards the school is overgrown . In places there is only room for one person to walk. If there is someone coming towards you one has to walk on an extremely busy road. If you have a pushchair its impossible also if you have a wheelchair it wis unsafe. I need to use this pavement to walk my 4 year old grandchild to school but there is not enough room to have her beside me holding my hand, she needs to walk in front of me on her own and that is not safe.
