I confirm that the marker on the map is showing the street light concerned.

Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

4.12.17 11.30 am Workmen are outside my house on Causeway at the moment. They are replacing street lights along this road. They say they know nothing about the light I reported as not working in March in Back Edward Street. They are sub contractors to Balfour Beatty. Judith White

Thank you for your report, the LED replacement works currently being carried out by Balfour Beatty are on a separate worklist to the current faults. We are aware of the issue with this unit and trying to get it reconnected and working as soon as possible.
