Vehicle regularly obstructing pavement
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The issue is on Mercian Road near to Henge Court but the system does not recognise this as a road for some reason so I have had to select the closest road which is Oxford Road. A vehicle is regularly parking in its drive but blocking the public footpath as can be seen on the photo. I am visually impaired and this is a risk when dark for me. It is also not allowing wheelchairs or pushchairs to pass without going into the road. It should not be allowed to block the footpath. Please contact the resident to stop this.
