Huge pothole STILL here Reported anonymously at 03:03, Sat 4 February 2023 A report ENQ22939816 regarding this pothole back on 7/12/22 was closed within hours, I doubt anyone actually inspected it, it would be obvious it required repair if they had. The excuse made at the time was “ Thank you for your report. Due to a number of similar issues in the same area, more substantial repairs are required. This has been passed to the relevant team for investigation and in the meantime will be monitored on routine inspections. Anything that reaches our intervention levels will be fixed. Regards” I can prove it met intervention levels and criteria at the time, but waited patiently, putting trust in the procedure for it to be investigated, work scheduled for the larger repairs and the dangerous potholes filled to maintain road safety. The promised monitoring during routine inspections clearly either haven’t taken place, or have failed to identify the dangerous defect. Someone else made a report ENQ23943230 on 10/1/23, which was marked “Action Scheduled’ on 11/1/23. Since then nothing has happened, not even a marking on the road to indicate it has been inspected and marked for repair and it is now 4/2/23. The largest defect measures over 65-70 mm in depth, with loose chippings in the bottom, so it is constantly getting worse as time passes, it is over 400 mm wide and over 1100 mm in length.
