Temporary Plastic Railings Reported anonymously at 09:45, Tue 6 July 2021 There have been Red Plastic temporary railings in position at the top of the footpath to the left of Shillingford Bridge (facing Wallingford direction) for as long as I’ve lived in the Village (8yrs) so possibly longer? They are an eyesore on such a beautiful old bridge. Wooden railing have been added recently to the slope on the river footpath next to this. I was wondering if there were plans in place to fix/replace the broken railings or if the plastic temporary barriers are a permanent fixture now?
