Dangerous hole in the pavement - someone could break their ankle! Reported anonymously at 15:56, Sat 19 June 2021 On the right hand side of James Street (when you are approaching the junction with the Cowley Road), a few yards before the phone box, there is a deep hole in the pavement, maybe 9 inches in diameter. If someone were to put their foot in it in the dark, this could result in serious injury. Obviously a serious hazard for a blind person, too. I first noticed this hole more than 10 days ago.
