Huge lump on foot path opposite number 19 Bull Street that caused my wife to trip on this tarmac lump causing major damage to her face,Topand bottom lips and right arm. We were visiting friends at 19 Bull Street and Our friend Martin and Rose Tooth have advises us that they had complained many times to the council about this lump of tarmac but were advised no further action as they couldn’t fault it. My wife ended up on the next day at Bicester hospital and then the dentist, both of which have full reports on the damages. The fall has created sever trauma to my wife and we hold The Oxford County Council fully responsible

The lump in the pavement has been reported to your council on prior occasions without actions and as advised we hold you fully responsible for my wife’s damages and traumatic painful accident
