Uneven, usafe, shoddy patch up work left by whatever company installed my neighbours broadband Reported anonymously at 19:27, Mon 13 July 2020 To whom this may concern there at the county council. I sent these words last time when raising a pavement issue via this form My neighbour had a broadband connection set up some time last year, the pathway in front of my house had to be dug up in order for this to happen. The workers made a shoddy, incompetent and unsightly job of patching up the pathway they had to disturb, to the point that it is unsafe for me to reverse my motorcycle out of my driveway. The rest of the street path is tidy, even and clean and this only highlights the mess that was left outside of my home. I am not happy with it and I would like something done about it as it is also difficult for me to safely control my 350KG motorcycle when reversing out for whatever reason. This has been an issue for 6 months to a year. In update Some men arrived this morning 13/07/20 to take care of the matter they did a good job but only done a quarter of the full job, whoever came round with green spray to highlight the area only highlighted a 1 metre area opposite my drive the repair should have been the whole 4 metre length that stretches right across the front of my home as shown in the photographs I sent. It took these workers about 10 minutes to do this quick making good today and it would have been far better had they been instructed to do the complete area that was the problem not just part of it. It is still unsafe for people or families with young children walking along it to go to the park opposite etc.. I would like this looking at again and the entire job being done in total, completely, please. BT who are responsible for it will not even cooperate at all.
