Blocked road drain Reported anonymously at 14:40, Fri 14 February 2020 I am the head gardener / estate manager for the Manor House in Hornton Oxfordshire, Ox15 6BZ. We have had a serious problem with excessive water pooling up in the garden. It's been going on for some months and is getting much worse. The water is coming up out of the ground and is in excess of the amount of rain we have, take last weekend rain fall, significant, but nothing that we have not had before, this normally results in a small pudding by the field gate, however the amount of water coming up out of the ground means we are pumping around 1400 L per hour, this means every day for ten hours we're pumping water.
