Overhanging trees and shrubbery Reported anonymously at 11:29, Sat 28 December 2019 I have previously requested that the shrubbery on the verge opposite my property be cut back (No 2 Hill Farm Lane). As a consequence of overgrowth, the road is narrowed causing vehicles to clip the trees and shrubbery, which results in blocked drains and debris from passing hay transporters coming from the farm. I have previously reported this issue only to be told it is not the Council’s responsibility. However, I understand the land has become a sort of no mans land as it apparently does not show on the land registry as belonging to neither the Council or the adjoining land owner. ( to whom, I understand, you wrongly served a notice to address the issue). As a result of this dispute of ownership there is an impasse and the situation continues to worsen. I would appreciate it if this issue could be re assessed.
