Inadequate pavement

Reported anonymously at 17:50, Mon 11 November 2019

On crossing the zebra crossing from the garage and turning left, the pavement is inadequate between the Laurels Guest House and the path to Drake Avenue. 1) The pavement is narrow, particularly because of the location of a telegraph pole. 2) There is an almost permanent puddle outside the Laurels Guesthouse. 3.) Just past the guesthouse, the pavement has a difficult camber. I am now regularly pushing a pram and I find that the camber acts to tip the pram slightly towards the road. This has always been a problem, however the road is now much busier than previously. The crossing is the only real way to access locations to the south of the road, but this short stretch of pavement makes this a less desirable route. In my opinion it would be good if the pavement could be improved to remove the almost permanent puddle and difficult camber and if the telegraph pole could be repositioned to give pedestrians full access to the pavement.
