Illegal vehicular crossing over a public footway for a new housing development with recently extended ramp. Reported anonymously at 09:34, Fri 21 June 2019 An illegal access to a new housing development with concrete ramp in front of full height kerbs is a danger to cyclist and cars. New house owners are using this unsuitable vehicular access daily. The developer has extended the ramp towards the centre of road this week to prevent cars hitting the main road. Problem existed for number of months and reported on 26th April 2019 ENQ19832086, 1613840 with a photo. I have never seen a new development with this type of crossing. Has the highway rule changed recently?
