Recent surface dressing Reported anonymously at 19:36, Friday 31 May 2019 I sincerely hope you're not considering paying Hazel and Jefferies for the so called surface dressing of the road from Rowstock to Harwell (A4185) Talk about papering over the cracks!!! The previous road defects, i.e. potholes, dips in the road, sunken trenches across the road, etc hadn't been rectified before laying down a fresh layer of loose chippings. What an absolute bodge!!! A child could have down better with some Plasticine. It now looks like they are going to carry out the same bodge on the A417 between Lains Barn and West Hendred where there are umpteen potholes, as well as sunken drains - some of which have already been reported on here several months ago, but still not repaired. Hazel and Jefferies = complete cowboys.
