Overgrown hedge Reported anonymously at 16:29, Wed 29 May 2019 The hedge approaching the corner of Ingrebourne Way/Blackwater Way is overgrown again. Vegetation has overgrown to the point where pedestrians have to step into the road to pass, making it very unsafe. This is approaching a corner where it is already impossible to see whether or not there is a vehicle coming as the hedge is so high and thick, or for a vehicle driver to see pedestrians for the same reasons. Pedestrians with prams and mobility scooter users would not be able to pass.
