Commuter Parking on City Council owned Private Road Reported anonymously at 12:16, Tue 9 January 2018 Commuters are parking on the Private service road behind flat numbers 69 to 103 Wood Farm Road making it difficult for residents to park (I understand that this road is still not Highway Maintainable at Public Expense although owned by Oxford Council). The commuter parking is particularly problematic when my father collects my Disabled Wife when visiting them. Please can informal signs be put up at either ends of the service road indicating that it is a private road (or at least not Public Highway) and that the parking is for residents' only . I am particularly concerned about this as since any new proposals for Wood Farm may make the problem worse by moving the parking on the public roads into the service road as there is no indication that this is not Public Highway.
